Terms of Service & SMS Program

1) Who we are

These Terms govern your use of websites operated by M Square Designz and participation in our wedding SMS updates program for Kiara & Brenton (the “Program”). By opting in, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Program description

After you opt in, we may send a small number of informational text messages such as Save‑the‑Date video links, RSVP reminders, and day‑of logistics (time, parking, weather or schedule changes).

3) Opt‑in & consent

• Opt‑in occurs on our public form where you enter your mobile number and check an unchecked consent box.
• Message frequency: approximately 2–6 messages in total.
• Message & data rates may apply.

4) Opt‑out & support

• Text STOP to end messages. You may also contact us to be removed.
• Text HELP for assistance.
• We promptly honor STOP and maintain an internal suppression list.

5) Eligibility & user responsibilities

• You must be the owner or primary user of the phone number provided and capable of receiving SMS.
• Provide accurate information and keep your contact details up to date.

6) Cost, billing & carriers

• We do not charge any fees to participate in the Program.
• Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to each SMS/MMS you send or receive. Any such charges are billed by and payable to your carrier.
• If your plan charges for messaging, international messaging, or roaming, you may incur those charges. Check your mobile plan for details.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on network coverage, your carrier, and your device.

7) Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the Program (e.g., unlawful content, harassment, or interference with our services).

8) Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9) Changes to the Program or these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Program or update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated date and, where required, communicated to you.

10) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Program is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
